Quantity Surveyor Opportunity in Derby

A leading construction consultancy and building contractor is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on new build and refurbishment projects from £1m to £5m.

The company is headed by a small team of Directors who have developed an innovative approach to securing and delivering projects across the East Midlands. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work directly with one of the company founders on developments procured internally across various sectors.

The company offers a modern approach to flexible working, alongside local projects and the opportunity to be involved in developments from conception to completion. Requirements include experience managing sub-contractor variations, working with a building contractor, dealing with final accounts, and holding an industry-related qualification.

Salary and Package:

  • Basic salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

To qualify for the higher rate of pay, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering construction projects from £1m to £3m with a building contractor.
