Job Title: Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor

At Integral UK LTD, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Building/Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our Rolls Royce projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial team in delivering commercial duties for our Rolls Royce projects.
  • Procure and manage our supply chain to minimize costs and enhance value for money.
  • Work closely with the project manager and single-source contractor to identify value engineering opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit claims, including monthly valuations and final accounts.
  • Manage NEC3/4 contracts, including Early Warning Notices, Risk Registers, and Compensation Events.
  • Measure works and agreements with subcontractors, including placement of sub-contract orders and final account agreements.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor within the building/construction/building service industries (essential).
  • Competent user of IT software packages, including MS Office.
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality service, demonstrating reliability, conscientiousness, and flexibility.
