About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Assistant to join our team at Lawson Clark Recruitment. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the facilities help desk, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate office and furniture moves, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Perform minor DIY tasks and simple maintenance problems, using your initiative to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Assist with day-to-day issues that may arise in a busy office environment, demonstrating a proactive and flexible approach.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a facilities role, preferably in a law firm or similar environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
- Basic DIY skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
