About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities/Site Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including repairs and maintenance, general housekeeping, grounds maintenance, site safety and compliance, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the facilities, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and pupils.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
  • Manage and maintain the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate and manage site safety and compliance, including conducting regular site inspections and ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Full UK driver's license.
  • Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills.
