Rewarding opportunity for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a successful and growing laboratory in Cambridgeshire. Here, you will support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day running of the site. This will involve:
- Responding to facility helpdesk tickets ensuring that services are maintained to a high standard for facility users
- Performing repair and maintenance on a variety of building assets and lab equipment (HVAC filter changes, purified water systems, etc.)
- Organising and supervising service contractors
- Liaising closely with other teams (Health & Safety, Admin, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of the site
- Experience in facility management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate well across the business
- Working understanding of electrics, plumbing, heating, HVAC, and air con systems
- Previous experience working in a laboratory environment is highly beneficial, though not essential
