We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our Clinical Support Services team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Main Responsibilities- Work closely with the Group Manager and Associate Group Manager to ensure clear communication and robust operational implementation of policy, business objectives, and agreed targets across the department.
- Responsible for day-to-day delivery of operational performance within assigned services to achieve delivery of national and local targets and the development and delivery of improvement plans.
- Manage assigned budgets and implement HR and governance strategies and policies within relevant services to achieve compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the improvement and delivery of utilisation targets by ensuring effective and efficient usage of service capacity.
- Manage service administrative staff/teams, ensuring Mandatory Training, PDRs, and absence are managed in line with Trust policies and procedures.
