Job Title:

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Location:

The Recruitment Co. office (full-time office based)

Subject to DBS and credit check (candidates must declare any convictions or IVAs/CCJs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a complaints handling or life and pensions environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
