  • Organized administrator with a basic contextual understanding of pensions and strong IT skills, including Excel.
  • Or someone interested in starting a career in pensions or finance but must have a good understanding of Excel with an aptitude to learn computer systems quickly.
  • A high level of attention to detail to screen the data being used.
  • Self-motivated, uses their own initiative, and has great time management skills with a good sense of prioritization.
  • Articulate, polite, and a confident communicator - this role will require direct communication with pension fund managers, employees, and the operations team as well as payroll.
  • Ability to cope and remain calm under a high-pressure workload.
