About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Wendreth Court Care Home in March, Cambridgeshire. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring residents' safety and comfort
  • Oversee medication administration and provide medical support as needed
  • Assist with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare and cook meals, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual who is able to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents. You will need to be adaptable, personable, and able to put others first. An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
