About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Aria Court Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the care team while on duty.
  • Assist, motivate, and inspire passion into our care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes.
  • Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of our care team.
  • Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including clinical observations and monitoring.
Requirements
  • A passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Experience in a care position, with a proven track record of leading and supporting a team.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
