We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Aria Court Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting our care team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the care team while on duty.
- Assist, motivate, and inspire passion into our care team to deliver outstanding care outcomes.
- Manage supervision, appraisal, and performance management of our care team.
- Carry out enhanced clinical care duties, including clinical observations and monitoring.
- A passion for care and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Experience in a care position, with a proven track record of leading and supporting a team.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
