About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Jubilee Court in March. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling our elderly residents to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and social activities. You will also have the opportunity to participate in recreational and mental stimulation activities with residents, promoting their dignity, respect, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Support residents with mobility and transfer activities, ensuring their safety and comfort
  • Encourage residents to participate in social activities, promoting their mental and emotional wellbeing
  • Assist with meal times, ensuring residents receive the care and support they need
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
