Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support care staff in providing high-quality care to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication administration and personal care
  • Develop and update care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Lead a team of care staff and work collaboratively with families to ensure a seamless care experience
Requirements:
  • NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Desirable: NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
