Night Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Glenholme Healthcare Ltd. As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support care staff in providing high-quality care to residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication administration and personal care
- Develop and update care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
- Lead a team of staff and work collaboratively with families to ensure a seamless care experience
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
- Desirable: NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.50
