About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at PayPoint Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a content strategy that drives engagement, awareness, and perception of our Love2shop brands.
  2. Lead the creation of high-quality, creative content that resonates with our target audience and meets our brand guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content creation with SEO best practices and strategic link building initiatives.
  4. Manage a budget for content and report on variances.
  5. Coach and develop direct reports to support the achievement of the content strategy.
Requirements
  1. Demonstrable experience in producing and implementing a content strategy with measured results for e-commerce and lead generation.
  2. Strong creative copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice.
  3. Good knowledge of PR, ATL media channels, social media, and influencer networks.
  4. Understanding of digital PR and its benefits within e-commerce.
  5. Experience in creating content to enhance brand reputation and handling reactive issues that may impact reputational risk.
Desirable
  1. Knowledge of social and media monitoring tools.
  2. Educated to degree level in marketing, communications, journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
