Lead the Future of CRM in Motor Finance

Are you an experienced CRM leader looking to drive customer engagement strategies in a fast-growing sector? DCS Tech is partnering with a leading Motor Finance company to find a Head of CRM who can enhance customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft and Execute Winning CRM Strategies: Develop and implement dynamic CRM strategies that increase conversion rates and boost both new acquisitions and customer retention.
  2. Lead a Growing Team: Mentor and inspire a small CRM team, with the opportunity to scale as the business grows.
  3. Drive Campaign Success: Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, content, and product to design, launch, and manage successful CRM campaigns.
  4. Leverage Data & Insights: Analyze CRM activities, focusing on performance and customer insights to continuously improve the customer journey.
  5. Boost Customer Lifetime Value: Develop strategies that increase Customer Lifetime Value (LCV), building stronger, long-lasting relationships in motor finance.
  6. Own All CRM Channels: Take charge of activating and optimizing CRM channels, ensuring you're reaching your audience with tailored messages at the right time.
  7. Enhance Omnichannel Experience: Work alongside stakeholders to deliver a seamless, integrated customer experience across all touchpoints, both digital and in-person.
  8. Innovate with CRM Tools: Use cutting-edge tools and data analytics to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  9. Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously seek new ways to innovate, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motor finance CRM.

Bonus points if you have experience with tools like CDPs (e.g., Segment) and CRM platforms like Mailjet or Mautic

Requirements:
  1. Proven CRM Leadership: A track record of leading CRM efforts that deliver growth and engagement.
  2. Customer-Centric Expertise: Strong experience in increasing customer lifetime value, nurturing prospects, and generating eCommerce sales through CRM initiatives.
  3. Tech-Savvy: Ability to communicate and implement technical and digital solutions that enhance CRM processes.
  4. Innovative Thinking: You're always on the lookout for new ideas and opportunities to push boundaries in CRM.
The Details:

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Location: Blackburn
Working Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Employment: Full-time, permanent
