Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, sourcing top talent, and developing a robust recruitment process.

About the Role:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and recruitment requirements.
  • Proactively source and screen potential candidates to build a talent pipeline.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent to review and improve the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Attend networking events to build relationships and promote the company brand.
About You:
  • Previous experience in legal recruitment is essential.
  • Experience in RTA / PI / Credit Hire / Clinical Negligence would be advantageous.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, confident, and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • A goal-orientated approach to work with a creative and passionate attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, problem-solve, and meet deadlines.
  • Great time management and organisational skills with the ability to work as part of a team.
