As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including succession planning, sourcing, candidate screening, stakeholder management, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source and manage candidates through various channels, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
- Deliver comprehensive candidate screening to ensure regulatory compliance and meet business requirements
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing, hiring, and candidate evaluation
- Manage administrative tasks related to the candidate cycle, including reporting to governmental agencies and internal clients
- Collaborate with the compensation department to determine market rate salaries for new hires
- Provide forecasting and guidance for future hiring needs
- Support ad-hoc projects as required
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Able to manage complex workloads and meet numerous deadlines
- Excellent people skills, able to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines
- A background in financial services is desirable, but not essential
- An eye for detail, able to use data to identify opportunities
- Recruitment experience/knowledge would be advantageous
