Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location:Porth, CF39
Salary:£23,500 basic, rising to £25,000 after 3 months
On Target Earnings (OTE):£32,000 - £35,000
Working Hours:Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-1pm
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual with experience in outbound telesales, recruitment, customer service, or retail to join our team at Workforce. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for setting appointments and generating new business opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers, this could be the perfect role for you.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection.
