Your primary focus will be on lead generation for new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify sales leads
* Engage with decision makers to understand their business needs
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
* Follow up on all leads and enquiries in a timely professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience
What We Offer:
* Competitive base salary of £25,000 to £35,000 plus uncapped OTE - great earning potential
* Fulltime position, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.30pm. Hybrid working
* Excellent training to enhance your skills
Requirements:
* Telesales/Sales Background: minimum of 6-12 months
* Great Communication skills
* Good IT skills
