Elementa Support Services is seeking an Inclusion Coordinator for a well-regarded Secondary School.

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess an NVQ level 3 or equivalent, along with relevant experience in a similar capacity. Experience in Team Teach training is beneficial, although training can be provided for suitable applicants.

As the Inclusion Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with school leadership, taking charge of operations to ensure that students facing challenges in engaging with their education receive the necessary support to achieve both personal and academic success.

Your role will involve:

  • Leading the transition process for students entering the school.
  • Implementing defined learning activities.
  • Providing support to learners, parents, and staff to facilitate successful integration.
  • Delivering strategies aimed at achieving positive educational outcomes.

Additionally, you will support children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, assisting them in overcoming barriers to their learning.


Contract & Recruitment Information:

This role includes comprehensive vetting and background checks, along with the application for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, which may incur a fee unless you already possess a current Enhanced DBS subscribed to the update service.

Compensation:
Weekly pay is provided, eliminating the need to wait for monthly payroll cut-off dates. Elementa Support Services pays one week in advance.

Employment Structure:
All candidates are compensated through PAYE, ensuring the protections and payment structure typical of a traditional employer-employee relationship.

Training & Support:

Fair Pay Policy:
