Job Overview

Qualifications

  • Experience in a comparable position, ideally within a 4-star or higher establishment
  • Proficient in IT, with strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Word; familiarity with hotel PMS is advantageous
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt as needed
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in both verbal and written English
