About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador. As a key member of our venue team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring that our venue meets the highest standards.
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages, as well as maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
