Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at Sturgess Motor Group. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our new brand, BYD, and introducing customers to our range of electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate incoming enquiries via social media, including chat groups and forums, product placements, networking, and showroom events.
- Maximise product presentation and test drives to allow customers to fully appreciate the amazing product and technology that BYD has to offer.
- Provide reliable assistance to customers in their purchase journey, with the necessary training provided.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Marketing knowledge, including lead generation, social media marketing, and customer outreach.
- Passion for the latest automotive technologies, especially electric vehicles (EVs).
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
- A competitive salary and OTE of £60,000 per annum.
