Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at Sturgess Motor Group. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in promoting our new BYD brand, introducing customers to our range of electric vehicles, and assisting with the purchase journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate incoming enquiries and drive sales;
  • Utilize social media platforms, product placements, networking, and showroom events to promote our brand and products;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers;
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies, particularly electric vehicles;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns;
  • Assist with product presentations, test drives, and vehicle finance and insurance knowledge;
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills;
Requirements
  • Strong marketing knowledge, including lead generation, social media marketing, and customer outreach;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets;
  • Passion for the latest automotive technologies, especially electric vehicles;
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with customers;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Working Hours

Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, with one day late a week until 6:30pm.

We have an industry-leading weekend rota, with 1 day off in the week.
