Sanctuary Supported Living is pleased to announce an opening for a Bank Concierge within our Homelessness Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary contact for all customer inquiries
  • Building strong relationships with clients to assist them in developing essential life skills
  • Managing occasional emergencies or challenging situations with composure
  • Providing exceptional service by going the extra mile for our clients
  • Occasionally organizing and facilitating social events
  • Conducting health and safety checks, including fire safety
  • Maintaining the security of the premises
  • Documenting and updating client records

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with young individuals or vulnerable populations, including those with mental health challenges or substance use issues
  • Background in high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using IT systems
