Night Concierge

Position Overview

Sanctuary Supported Living is excited to announce an opportunity for a Night Concierge at our dedicated Homelessness Service.

We are a not-for-profit organization focused on providing personalized housing, care, and support services across England, empowering individuals to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring effective communication.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, assisting them in developing essential life skills.
  • Manage occasional emergencies and challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Provide exceptional service by going the extra mile for our customers.
  • Occasionally plan and facilitate social activities to enhance community engagement.
  • Perform health and safety duties, including fire safety checks.
  • Maintain the security of the premises at all times.
  • Document and update client notes accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, including young people or individuals with mental health challenges.
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging environments effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using IT systems.
