About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office and Marketing Coordinator. This is an office-based role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in office, administrative, and marketing activities of our fast-growing e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support office and operations staff in their daily tasks
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Develop creatives for marketing purposes, including print and events
- Any other office duties as required
About You:
- Educated to graduate level
- Enthusiastic about natural products
- Able to work independently, a quick learner
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident and personable to be able to communicate with clients
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Able to draft emailers and creatives to send to customers
