About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and passionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education, and social activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines
  • Support individuals in leisure, education, and social activities
  • Enable individuals to express their rights, choices, and aspirations
  • Maintain high standards of care and support

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good standard of written, verbal, and numeracy skills
  • Good basic IT skills
