Adult & Paediatric Administrator/Crisis Support Specialist - Bicester

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Crisis Worker and Administrator to join our team at the Solace SARC in Bicester. As a key member of our team, you will provide dedicated support and care to victims of sexual assault, empowering them to feel in control and supported throughout their journey.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of care, ensuring that patients feel safe and supported, and assisting with the preparation and collection of forensic evidence. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent DNA contamination.

Key Responsibilities- Provide initial support and guidance to service users, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.
- Assist with the preparation and collection of forensic evidence, maintaining a high standard of care and attention to detail.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent DNA contamination.
- Liaise with other agencies to manage service user pathways, ensuring seamless care and support.
- Act as an advocate for patients, empowering them to make informed decisions and feel in control.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care.
- IT skills and administration experience.
- Experience working in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
- Kind, caring nature and strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting required.
- UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
