About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Crisis Worker and Administrator at our Bicester location. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment and make a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated support and care to victims of sexual assault, acting as an advocate and empowering service users to feel in control and supported during their time at the centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high standard of care and support to service users, including preparing them for forensic examinations and assisting with the collection of evidence.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for forensic cases, maintaining a high standard of DNA anticontamination.
  • Liaise with other agencies to manage service user pathways and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Act as an advocate for service users, providing emotional support and guidance throughout their time at the centre.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • IT skills and administration experience.
  • Experience working in a supportive or customer-focused environment.
  • Kind, caring nature and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • UK driving license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
  • Advanced DBS and level 2 Police vetting.
