Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing new build homes. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, flexible, and excellent communicator who is willing to go the extra mile to deliver a 5-star service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing new build homes
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet client and builder requirements
- Have a deep understanding of new build related processes and schemes, such as Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, and Discounted Market Value
- Be highly confident in providing protection advice to complement mortgage advice and maximize case size
- Have a proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
- Be able to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and its benefits to clients
- Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
- Minimum of 2 years face-to-face mortgage and protection experience
- Knowledge and understanding of new build related processes and schemes
- Highly confident in providing protection advice
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition
- Proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
- Full training on systems used for mortgage and protection sourcing
- Over 25 days holiday per year
