We are seeking experienced and ambitious Mortgage Advisers to provide high quality mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing new build homes. You must be hardworking, flexible, an excellent communicator and willing to go that extra mile to provide a 5-star service to our clients.
You must be able to work flexible hours including weekends to meet the requirements of clients and builders and on a hybrid basis, hence living in the Tyne & Wear area is essential
We also have other opportunities within the business to advise on Buy to Let mortgages and credit impaired lending too so don't hesitate to ask when we speak to you
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join one of the North East's largest fee free mortgage brokers. Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage and protection experience
Have knowledge and understanding on new build related processes and schemes (e.g. help to buy, shared ownership, discounted market value etc)
Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
Be able to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients
Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
Full training on Systems used for mortgage and protection sourcing
Over 25 days holiday per year
