Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Work closely with our business partners to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality advice that meets their needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage and protection regulations, ensuring you are always providing the best possible advice.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, working closely with our sales team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in mortgage and protection advice.
  • Knowledge and understanding of new build related processes and schemes.
  • Highly confident in providing protection advice to complement mortgage advice and maximize case size.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector.
  • Focused on exceeding weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs and sales targets.
  • Ability to clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients.
  • Existing strong relationships with national builders are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards.
  • Proactive attitude to continuous learning and development.
  • CeMAP qualified.

What We Offer:

  • Your own Case Manager to progress your client's cases through to completion.
  • Leads vetted and booked into your diary by our admin team.
  • Full training on systems used for mortgage and protection sourcing.
  • Generous basic salary and uncapped earnings OTE £60-70K.
  • Over 25 days' holiday per year.
