We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Mortgage Adviser to provide high-quality mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing new build homes. As a Mortgage Adviser at Mortgage Advice Bureau, you will be working with nationally recognised mortgage brokers and networks, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients purchasing new build homes
  • Work with recognised national builders throughout the UK
  • Meet the requirements of clients and builders, including flexible hours and weekends
  • Advise on Buy to Let mortgages and credit impaired lending
  • Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs and sales targets
  • Clearly describe the First Mortgage value proposition and the benefits to clients
  • Attend promotional/sales events hosted by our builder partners
  • Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
  • Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
  • Be fully CeMAP qualified

What You Will Get in Return:

  • Your own Case Manager to progress your client's cases through to completion
  • Leads vetted and booked into your diary by admin team
  • Full training on Systems used for mortgage and protection sourcing
  • Generous basic salary and uncapped earnings OTE £60-70K uncapped
  • Over 25 days holiday per year
