Nuclear Medicine Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Nuclear Medicine Administrative Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing administrative support to the Nuclear Medicine Department.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Nuclear Medicine Department, including patient preparation and welfare.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Nuclear Medicine Main Reception Office.
- Provide clerical and administrative functions associated with the daily work of Nuclear Medicine, DXA, and PET/CT.
- Work effectively within a team to provide administrative support to the department.
- GCSE qualification or equivalent in Maths and English.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant subject, business administration, or equivalent experience.
- Administrative experience, including prior experience dealing with members of the public and data input.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strict awareness of confidentiality issues.
