Nuclear Medicine Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a PET/CT Administrative Assistant within the Nuclear Medicine Department at Swansea Bay University Health Board.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Nuclear Medicine, DXA, and PET/CT sections, including patient preparation and compliance.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Nuclear Medicine Main Reception Office.
- Provide clerical and administrative functions associated with the daily work of Nuclear Medicine, DXA, and PET/CT.
- Train junior staff members in office procedures and ensure effective frontline office operations.
- GCSE qualification or equivalent in Maths and English.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant subject business administration or equivalent experience.
- Administrative experience, including prior experience dealing with members of the public and data input.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with strict awareness of confidentiality issues.
