Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our content design and development team. As the Head of Content Strategy and Development, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You have excellent people management and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are familiar with different media and their potential use cases in learning design.
  • You have experience in team building and professional development of team members.
  • You have experience with change management and embedding culture change.
