About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Senior Care Assistant Team Leader to join our team at our CQC outstanding service in Margate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our service users, while also leading and mentoring our team of care assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care assistants to ensure high-quality care and support is provided to our service users.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to care assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care and support is provided to our service users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license to provide transport for individuals at the service.
  • Ability to work 37.5 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead others.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
