We are excited to present an excellent position for a Care Assistant to become part of our dedicated team.
This is a permanent role, offering flexible working arrangements tailored to your availability, including options for weekend shifts, part-time hours, or full-time contracts of up to 37.5 hours per week at a competitive rate of £11.75 per hour.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist two individuals in their residence. This encompasses support with daily living activities, including cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, financial management, medication administration, employment assistance, shopping, and recreational outings. The tasks are diverse, ensuring that each day presents new experiences. We recognize the uniqueness of each individual we support, and we strive to treat them accordingly.
It would be advantageous if you possess knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) or are willing to learn, as some individuals may require this form of communication.
Due to genuine occupational requirements, we are specifically seeking to appoint a female candidate only (exemption under the Equality Act 2010 Part 1 Schedule 9).

No two days will be the same
