About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cardiac Catheter Lab professional to lead our team at Worthing Hospital. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Cardiac Catheter Labs and recovery area, providing holistic care to elective cases and inpatients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cardiac Catheter Lab team to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage and develop the skills of the Cardiac Catheter Lab team
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
