Job Overview

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As the Cardiac Catheter Lab Manager, you will:

  • Provide excellent clinical leadership skills, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and outcomes.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement and service development.
  • Collaborate with the Matron, Head of Nursing, Operational Managers, and clinical teams to deliver evidence-based care.
  • Support the development of staff, promoting ongoing professional development and training.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • NMC Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional registration.
  • Significant experience as a band 6 within Cardiac Catheter Lab.
  • Substantial experience within Acute cardiology area.
  • Evidence of professional development since qualification.
