About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Catheter Lab Manager to lead our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Cardiac Catheter Labs and recovery area, providing holistic care to elective cases and inpatients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent clinical leadership skills, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient experience and service development.
  • Work collaboratively with the Matron, Head of Nursing, Operational Managers, and clinical teams to deliver evidence-based care.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional registered with relevant body.
  • Cardiology Module.
  • Significant experience as a band 6 within Cardiac Catheter Lab.
  • Substantial experience within Acute cardiology area.
