We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to support our Cardiac Catheter Lab nursing team at 279 University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Cardiologist during diagnostic and investigative procedures, providing high-quality person-centred care to patients, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the Cardiac Catheter Lab and Day Case unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Cardiologist during diagnostic and investigative procedures
  • Provide high-quality person-centred care to patients prior to, during, and following procedures
  • Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the Cardiac Catheter Lab and Day Case unit
  • Support the development of staff and participate in in-house learning programs
  • Assist in maintaining and controlling stock levels

As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be expected to adhere to the NMC code of conduct and confidentiality, participate in standard setting and clinical audits, and contribute to the development of staff.
