About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cardiac Catheter Lab professional to lead our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (279). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Cardiac Catheter Labs and recovery area, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Cardiac Catheter Lab team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage and coordinate resources to optimize lab efficiency and productivity
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional registered with relevant body
  • Cardiology Module
  • Significant experience as a band 6 within Cardiac catheter lab
  • Substantial experience within Acute cardiology area
  • Evidence of professional development since qualification
