Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cardiac Catheter Lab professional to lead our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Cardiac Catheter Lab Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of our two Cardiac Catheter Labs and recovery area, providing holistic care to elective cases and inpatients.

Main Responsibilities

As the Cardiac Catheter Lab Manager, you will:

  • Provide excellent clinical leadership skills, ensuring high standards of care and patient safety.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver the best evidence-based care for our patients.
  • Work with the Matron, Head of Nursing, Operational Managers, and clinical teams to drive continuous quality improvement and service development.
