Job Title: BEMS Commissioning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced BEMS Commissioning Engineer to join our team in the Wales & South West region. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for the commissioning, coordination, and completion of BMS systems within set timescales, budgetary constraints, and in accordance with customers' requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commission, coordinate, and complete the installation of BMS systems.
  • Conduct functional testing and verification of BMS components and software.
  • Assist the project team with the development of project documentation and software, including DOP's, plant and point schedules, network design, and BMS controller software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning process.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with panel wiring and schematic diagrams.
  • Effective communication skills with colleagues, contractors, and customers.
  • Broad understanding of one or two of the following systems: Trend, Tridium, Siemens, or Schneider Struxureware BMS systems.
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Flexibility when it comes to traveling to your place of work.
