Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Customer Operations team. As a Sales Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, helping our customers navigate their energy needs, and driving sales growth for E.ON Next.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer challenges and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Lead on sales for E.ON Next, including onboarding, retention, switches, and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Location
