MICE Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MICE Sales Manager to join our team at James Webber Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing business through new and existing accounts in the MICE market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the MICE market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the commercial director to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our business remains competitive
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in hotel sales and the MICE market
  • Strong understanding of the MICE industry and its key players
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
