Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR/Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, managing employee lifecycle changes, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process new joiner paperwork, including offer letters, contracts, and acceptance/rejection emails.
- Continuously improve HR admin processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Approve employee personal detail changes through the HR system.
- Draft reference letters and support HR Advisors and Managers with drafting paperwork for employee lifecycle changes.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate work experience students and interns, and update other departments on new starters and leavers.
- Request and chase references for new joiners, and provide admin support in application and coordination of airside passes and relevant training.
- Produce reports and data analysis for the HR Director, and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Graduate with HR assistance experience, ideally CIPD full or part qualified.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Pro-active approach, with a friendly customer focus and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Excel skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
