JOIN OUR TEAM:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join us as Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technicians.

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and policies, conducting timely preventative maintenance, and enhancing equipment availability through continuous improvement initiatives.


SHIFT PATTERN:
This position may require working non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exemplify health and safety best practices and ensure compliance among team members.
  • Engage in hands-on work while demonstrating expert knowledge of all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within the facility.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to technicians on shift.
  • Assist the line manager and supervise the shift in their absence.
  • Ensure high equipment availability for internal customers through effective troubleshooting and prioritization.
  • Support the standardization of continuous improvement systems across the EU network.
  • Foster positive working relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Understand Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and equipment performance metrics.
  • Manage contractor activities effectively.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex MHE environments.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of PLC-based control systems.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for proactive maintenance planning and reactive task recording.
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
  • Completed a full engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability to supervise and influence team members.

  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize various projects.
  • Experience in managing multiple contractors.
  • Background in a multi-site operational environment.
